Inclusions
Equipment and set up: Rory’s equipment includes his guitars, a microphone, a loop pedal and a premium grade PA (Evolve M30) suitable for most indoor and outdoor venues.
Song selection: Rory has 5 hours of material and can play his usual repertoire for guest arrival and reception, but is also willing to learn your favourite songs for intimate moments like the aisle, document signing, and recessional.
Rehearsal time: if you request any new songs to be learned for you wedding, Rory will will ensure to dedicate time towards learning and rehearsing them.
Dress code: Rory will dress up according to the dress code specified for the wedding, ensuring that he blends in seamlessly with the other guests.
Wedding day options
Specialising in creating intimate acoustic sounds, Rory offers tailor-made music for the initial phase of your big day. This typically involves the guest arrival, the ceremony, and the reception, which can be adapted to suit your preferences. He is also available to perform during your first dance. Most certainly! Should your song request(s) fall outside of his repertoire, Rory is well adept at learning and customizing new material to suit an acoustic rendition. Just keep in mind that he requires a minimum of 4 weeks notice prior to your special day to accommodate requests.

Yes, Rory provides all of his own audio equipment, including premium grade PA (Evolve M30) suitable for most indoor/outdoor venues. All he requires is access to power on-site.

Absolutely! In addition to Rory’s live performance, he can also assist with playing your favourite songs through a pre-arranged Spotify playlist or help you hire a professional DJ to keep the party going. Fees usually fall between $600 - $2,200 and are dictated by factors such as: date, location, duration, number of performance sets, sound requirements, etc.

Rory is based on the Gold Coast and usually performs between Brisbane - Byron Bay. For destination weddings that require Rory to travel beyond this region, additional travel and accommodation costs may be incurred. A 20% deposit is required on booking confirmation and is refundable up to 60 days prior to event date. The remaining payment is due 60 days prior to event date and is non-refundable.
